Application To Foster/Adopt

If you're looking to foster or adopt through Wiggles & Wrinkles, please complete our application form. It’s straightforward to fill in and can be done from any device. Once we’ve received your submission, a member of our team will get in touch within five days to confirm receipt.

Please make sure to answer all questions as thoroughly and accurately as you can. This helps us get a clear understanding of you and your home environment, so we can ensure the most suitable match between you and one of our dogs.

We welcome applications from all kinds of households – there are no restrictions based on age, whether you have children, or the type of property you live in (including flats).

Have they been arounds dogs before? Required
Does any of the residents have any health issues or allergies? Required
Is anyone nervous or unsure about having a dog in the house? Required
Is your property owned or rented? Required
If rented, do you have written permission from your landlord to keep a dog?
Do you have a garden, or access to one?
Is your garden secure and fully enclosed?
Are there hazards in the home or garden? (e.g. toxic plants, open ponds)
Are there any areas of the home the dog will not be allowed in?
Have you owned dog before?
Do you currently have any pets?
Are you planning any travel or major life changes in the near future?
Are you aware of the needs regarding the bulldog breed
Are you prepared for potential vets bills?
Would you attend training or behavioural support if needed?
Are you open to ongoing support and home checks?
